Do I need to see a doctor or what? Please help!!?!

Question: For the past week or so I have been worrying but I don't know what about. I can't even begin to fathom why I am worrying and that worries me. I keep having mood swings and I sort of freak out in my head about this. In about Sept. and October I was worried a lot but that was because of school starting and I am a freshman in high school so I was getting used to the changes. I started worrying again about 2 weeks ago when I practices for water polo began (4-6pm during the week) and I thought I might just be adjusting to the large amount of excercise because I also have gym in the morning (about 40-50 minutes) This week has been different because 2 weeks ago I was just worrying about random stuff and until 6 days ago I felt okay. When I think about my worrying deeply, I feel like I am worried about having a relationship with someone and I am scared of it. I know it sounds really weird. I do not want to take meds or see a doctor. I think i can figur this out but i need help.

You don't need a therapist. I'm the same age and I used to have the same problem.
My solution was to get organized in terms of school work. Having neat folders for everything calmed me down. You're probably experiencing random stress building up from work loads. You know that sinking feeling you get when you remember the homework assignement you still haven't done? You know how you push it away? It comes back later as mystery stress. Just square away all the things at the back of your mind and you should be fine.

You may have an anxiety disorder or this may just be stress related. I would find a theripist to talk to

sounds like aniety therapt and medication are routes to take have tried both for me its about the pills which change chemistry to relax me
