Depression to excersice?!

getting in shape often makes you feel better about yourself. so if that makes you feel better about your depression, or simply helps you pass time, then thats a good thing! nothing bad can come from too much lifting :)
if it helps with depression then go for it
i'm with you, everytime i'm really depressed, I hate it, because I know I will need to exercise real hard to get high again, this dopamine high, the endorphins, I must need it
there's nothing wrong with excercising alot, unless it becomes an addiction that gets in the way of your functionality at work or school.
