I feel the same. I just can't get out of my own way these days. I need to lose some weight, I need to get a job, but I'm so lazy and so blue. I was thinking maybe I'd start taking short walks and listen to my IPOD for a boost. I don't think I need medication, but other than that I don't know what we should do. I hope this helps.

Hi , You should talk to someone your trust and that will help you alot . Tell them everything on your mind and you will feel much better

welcome to wivvishopping!~

It sounds like you may be depressed.

Folks on Yahoo Answers have big hearts and feel your pain, but we don't have all the answers.

There are many things that can cause you to feel the way you do. Only a doctor can run test and determine a correct diagnoses.

I would suggest you make an appointment as soon as possible.

Good luck!

just get over it!! your not starving like african children or dying of some illness in the hospital! are you/ ok then live life love! as much as you can life is a story we tell it ourselves you choose what happens theres no time to stress or be "down"!!!

I have felt this way and in my case it was not the need for medication or boredom. It was the lack of definitive goals towards progress and then the lack of something bigger than I. I set definite time goals for things I wanted or wanted to do no matter how impossible it seemed. For example I wanted a new car but had no idea how on earth I was going to afford the one I wanted. I didn't feel my job could change or my schedule or the money was there but if I didn't act & get one the repairs were there at any second to haunt me and disrupt my life as I knew it. I set a date and picked the car and life got really busy but I did it. I think the ongoing commitment to myself or my goal shook me out of the fed up.
Another time I started volunteering and that made the difference. It was something I could do to feel like I was helping to make a difference. Something outside my box. If you feel you need then you have that feeling for a reason. Everyone's needs change and finding that satisfaction can be a challenge. There is a new hobby or a new goal or somewhere you can contribute with your name on it. You are yearning to discover but don't know how to get there. Just jump in. Is there something you've wanted to study or master? Is there a hobby you dropped but would like to start again? Do you feel needed or inspired by your job?
Good for you to ask this instead of holding it in because I'm willing to bet thousands feel this way too and we are not alone. Hope this helps.
