If she has a had a cat scan and they did not find anything, that is a good sign. It could be something as innocent as an allergy she did not know about. The best thing you can do right now, is relax and don't worry. The DR are doing everything they can for your Mom. Just make sure your Mom takes whatever Meds they give her and doesn't use any other drugs or alcohol with them. Try prayer,an focusing on good things Im sure shes in GREAT hands ,I Hope the best for her God Bless!!!!

THEY will find an answer. There are MANY things that could cause this. It's not the end of the world!!! Hang in there and be patient. You are not alone. Hugs, Gina C.

Hang in there. Sometimes doctors can take what seems like forever to explain why something is happening. Really they're checking out all the possibilities and narrowing the search down until the find the real cause. When it's all worked out, they'll let you know what you need to know.

In the meantime, be honest with the people around you about how you're feeling. Talk to your friends and family. They can be a great support for you. If you know of a counsellor or minister / pastor / priest or someone, have a chat with them as well.

All the best for you and your mum.

It's very difficult I actually do know, but you have to have patience. When you are a minor, they tend to overlook you and not tell you anything. See if you can catch the doctor who is treating her and tell them that you are worried and ask them if they can spare a few minutes to explain things to you?

I hope all goes well for your mother.

Don't torture yourself with what ifs, wild guesses and other people's experiences. Focus on the fact that your mother is in a hospital where she can be treated immediately if she has another seizure and she's being seen by the expert, the neurologist, in this kind of scenario. The situation is out of your hands so make your job supporting your mother. If you're afraid imagine how she feels and seeing you upset will only make her worse. Whatever the outcome, be with your mother so you can celebrate with her if it's good news and comfort her if it isn't.
