Yes. Talk to someone.

What 15 year old doesn't have depression? Its a difficult time in life with a lot of changes. Its completely normal. Its how you deal with that is important. Depression can be lessoned by exercise, or writing your thoughts out. Or talking to someone good luck.

Yes, and don't be so worry about it. Many psychological methods such as cognitive therapy or behavioral therapy, and medication could help you. I got depression since I was 16. Just contact your local psychologist. God bless

yes it is possible to have depression at any age.Have you spoke to anyone a parent or guardian. There is no shame in having depression & it is perfect;y treatable & im sure you will make a complete recovery if you deal with it.You should talk to someone you trust & then visit your doctor who might reffer you to a councillor or you might need some medication either way you can treat the illness & make a recovery.

Good luck

My mother had depression & have since made a complete recovery.

You should be counseled by a counselor. Let them know what is bothering you and they will take care it. Depression can lead to serious problems.

Very possible, although I remember being 15 and hormones are just absolutely crazy, I'd cry for no reason whatsoever. Your body and mind are going through a lot right now. Talk to a trusted adult and seek care if necessary.

anyone can have a depression (maybe not babies)...

Absolutely!!

yep, i was diagnosed at 8 years old.

Yes. Teens are especially vulnerable to depression. I have a son who was diagnosed depressed at your age and has been on medication since - he's 21 now. BUT he started an exercise program, got fit, started eating better - and saw a world of difference. It took him some time but I think the combination of those steps, plus the meds and some therapy (someone to talk to) helped him out a lot. Some depression runs in families so you need to talk to a doctor and be honest about your symptoms. I am manic-depressive so I knew my son my have some sort of depression come to surface in his teens. My mom was also depressed. The good thing is that we know so much more about diet and exercise and medicine these days - even stuff like meditation to music and yoga - all kinds of stuff that puts us in a better place. Listen to your heart and get the help you deserve. You are so worth it.

yes. one of my best friends had it when i was 14 and it was really scary. at first i doubted that he actually did, but after a few months, i realized it was real, and he wound up being really sick with it, and is now doing much better. wanna talk? x0lovealways0x@yahoo.com
