I don't want to go to sleep. Tommorow I know I repeat the same thing all ove!

You need a break. Now is a good time to look into how many vacation days you have accrued. Not going to sleep isn't going to make your routine tomorrow go away.

Drive to a different route to work, and or the store. Eat lunch somewhere different and make an app. for a nice massage.
Take a pic w/your cell phone of some nature scenes.
And write something positive down on a peice of paper about yourself and tape it on the mirror in the bathroom and also in your car somewhere where you can see it. Look for the good in life.

Do something different tomorrow, then. Even if it's something small, like eating something crazy for lunch that you've never had before, or wearing a hat or shirt you wouldn't normally wear. Or if the place you go tomorrow has strict dress codes, wear different underclothes that no one else sees, like underwear instead of briefs or, if you're really bored, a thong. You'll feel different all day, lol. What might help a lot is if you wake up earlier in the morning and exercise some before you get ready to go. You'll feel more energized and even the change of time in waking up will make the day feel different. Have a different lunch hour if you're allowed. Or eat while you work and then during your lunch hour read a book or take a nice walk. Good luck.

Find the beauty in simple things. Take a different path throughout your day than you are used to. Like the person before me said, take pictures of things that make you smile. Print them out and paste them into a small journal. Add quotes and just random thoughts that make you happy.

Slow down . . . now start from the beginning. What did you do today that you don't want to repeat tomorrow but are almost certain you will? Why do you not have a choice in this matter? And if you don't sleep, you won't have a rested and refreshed state of mind to think more clearly and find a way to change the course of the day differently than you have done so far.
