I have anxiety attacks only when my mate isn't home with me..am i crazy in l!

Question: Sorry to tell you, but it has nothing to do with love. It has to do with anxiety. Do relaxation exercises.

Edit: In view of your edit, my edit is that it has nothing to do with love. It has nothing to do with anxiety. It has to do with trust. If he has not given you a reason to distrust him, keep doing the relaxation exercises. If he has given you a reason to distrust him, are you sure you need the aggravation? Maybe it's time to lose him.
