What are the best ways to fall adjust your sleeping pattern?!
Question: I was thinking that drinking some red wine before bed would be the best thing to do, but now I am thinking that this would only make me dependant on this and require more and more in the long run perhaps.
So would maybe just forcing yourself into a pattern for sleep be the best way and regardless of how much sleep you have had , just wake up at that time?
I am guessing eventually you force yourself into this pattern.
