My sister talks with herself?????!

Question: ok my sis is 22years old and this is not the fist time I noticed this,
what she did is, we went to visit my friend and to meet her newborn baby, we came back home , she was in her room the door was partial open and I saw her talking to her self, but no to her self acctually she was acting like we were at my friends house, she was actually talking to my friend in her room, and she was mimic like she was holding the baby , and this is not the firt time I noticed that she talks to her self ,but not really to herself , but she pretends talking to somebody else when there is no body ???
what is wrong with her does she need to see a psycologist??? how can I tell her that I saw her more than once talking like someone is there with her????

She could have a form of OCD which would result in her replaying conversations in her head and one way to deal with that is by repeating these conversations out loud. In and of itself, it's not a problem unless she's bothered by it. It can be very difficult to bring up something like this to the person involved, so if it isn't causing any problems it's usually best to just leave it alone. If it is causing problems then you might want to bring up OCD in general and discuss some of the things that can occur with OCD, don't actaully bring up the fact that you think she might have it or that you witnessed her talking to herself. Try and help her come to that conculsion on her own.

MAYBE SHE SEE'S GHOSTS

i do becuase i am the only person that knows what i am thinking when i say things,., i am not a savage

Dont' take her to a hospital she'll end up taking a baby.

Its normal, people often speaks to themselves, its a way to keep their brain stimulated when alone.

hmm yeah that's a weird one. She might get offended if you bring it up. If you think there's genuinely something wrong with her mental health i would try to get her to get help, otherwise it'd probably be best if you just let it go unless you want her embarrassed/angry.

Um ask her and then you will find out or mabye shes messing with u

the sh*t is right (thats the girls username) what she said is right

I do this sometimes.. and I'm not exactly mental.
It's like your thinking back and fixing what you forgot to say.. so that it sticks in your mind what you're going to say next time.
Or, even if you regret saying something..
Oh, I don't know.

It's just like.. a form of entertainment or de-stessor when you're alone.
