Panic/Anxiety disorder. I have the same problems. You might want to check out the website below and see if any if you can relate any of these symptoms. You'll need to keep an open-mind.
If you find you can relate, please seek professional help with this. I have and today I'm free to be in crowds without freaky out. Some individuals need medication to help with this situation, but some don't. Which one applies to you will be determined by a psychitrist who spealizes in the area. Good luck because if left untreated you'll continue to feel isolated from the world. It gets worse never better until you become willing to help yourself.

We are looking for people for our show with OCD, hoarding, obsessed with collecting, or extreme fears. We specifically need people who are at the end of their rope, and need help soon or their lives will be negatively affected.
By offering these people free therapy (for 12 weeks and then follow up treatment) we hope to help them, and hopefully help others that will be watching our show.
