Lately i often woke up feeling blue?!
Question: last night I have these dream.
My first dream - discover my ex married my sister and she is pregnant.
My second dream - I want to suicide after discover my ex married my niece and she is pregnant.
He left a miss call recently. We did not contact each other for more than 3-4 years.
another relationship has just ended two weeks ago.
i have depression often.

just an idea but maybe when you are feeling blue or sad which can be hormones or anything like that, you start to wonder if you would have stayed together, you would have been happy instead of blue now. it is easy to look back and think "if I had done....I would be happy now" but maybe if you still were with him, you would be miserable. try not to look back at what ifs, it can be very destructive to you now and really we have no way of knowing what might have happened.
Depession isn't just a thing you lapse in and out of now and then. Its a mental illness. Its not just "feeling sad".
Dreams are dreams. Not reality.
sorry to hear that i suffer clinical depression anxiety panic and rage attacks that had been to the point of dysfunction i was started on a new medication seraquil and since have slept better not been nearly as worried or blown up and slrrp thru nite
do more sport and seek some medical help. Go to a fitness club or something like that to keep your mind busy. Engage in some outdoor activities.
