A good way to reduce stress to vent all your feelings into doing something that you enjoy. For example, I have anger-management issues, so I play tennis (my passion) to rid myself of the stress.

i'm only 21 so i don't know what kind of stress you're referring to... but i definitely like to exercise, do yoga/pilates, or anything physical to relieve any stress... i don't do well coping with stress by doing the whole "breathe in and out" stuff. i have to let out any tension i'm carrying through some sort of physical activity. good luck!

Take a nice warm shower or bath. Read a book. Put random objects in front of you and try to draw them, even if you can't draw. Re-pimp your myspace. Sleep. Think how to make things eisier...Anything to distract you, or to think about what's stressing you, and make it less stressfull.

I found that exercising is the best antidote for stress. It's no a cliche it really works!

Talk to someone you trust, engage in positive hobbies, avoid excessive alcohol, find ways of litterally reducing stress through better time management and avoiding stressful situations if possible. Get plenty of sleep and eat right - thats pretty big actually. Comedy - I always recommend getting in touch with your sense of humor, it works wonders to know how to laugh. You can also learn to meditate, practice martial arts or just physical activity in general. Spirituality is a good place to find ease. Sometimes I like to just have a nice hot bath with a cold beer. Regular sexual activity helps me out. Don't be afraid to spoil yourself every now and again too.

talk to your doctor, chronic stress can erode your health, just by taking nerve pills I am better able to control my blood sugar. I get stressed out and my blood glucose levels skyrocket! I have to breathe deeply, count, pray, exercise, walking can melt away more than pounds, write, I do word finds, talking to a friend, write my feelings down, shred a magazine... just feeling the paper ripping in your fingertips, then just throw it away, nothing really hurt. Find some way to deal with your emotions before they control you! Regular passion is the best stress reducer, for sure!!!!!!
