Question: A person keeps smiling to himself, there is no obvious trigger, he is in your calss/work place.
He gets on with every1
but when he is alone you often notice that he smiles to himself
What would your (honest) reaction be???
PS your not standing close to him when you do notice it. you are at a distnace.
THen it happens again and you are standing close to him

maybe he is just more in his head. his thoughts may be more interesting than what's going on around him. he may be an introvert. why does it matter? maybe he's thinking of a private joke, maybe he's just a really happy person.
it's weird to think someone is weird bc they smile a lot. i would think they were a happy person and that they were thinking of something that was funny/pleasant to them.
I would think it's kind of weird. But much better then seeing someone sad.
There would be 2 reasons I can think of
1 He is trying to be positive and keep himself in a great mood everyday, and that would make everyone else happy as well.
2 He is mentally ill and can't help himself.
Why does someone have to be mentaly ill if they are smilling to themselves? Myabe he is just remebering something funny that happened to himor just remembering something that made him happy! We all think to ourselves when we are alone. Do you not ever notice that when you think of something that made you happy or laught you automatically smile whenyou recall it! Anyways i just think he is a happy person.

that sounds kinda like this girl on my class.....she's really weird.... idk, i thought @ first that she was biopolar, or had this weird thing of arguing w/ herself, but i've learned to deal w/ it.. which is pretty easy b/c she's not even my friend, just someone in my class.. i think that if i leave her alone she'll leave me alone....i hope it turns out that way....
I am a person that smiles almost all the time whether someone is around me or not. The guys at work make fun of me, but they also say I am their "sunshine". I guess what Techie said in his number 1 is correct. I try to keep myself in a happy & positive mood, and it is usually contagious. Or, it makes some people paranoid of what you have been up to. I would rather be around someone smiling than the opposite expression, so just enjoy it. Just smile back and go on.
I would think he's a happy person. More people should try it.
Just another happy person who if he does not conform to the "norm" will be thought of as strange.
Let these people be, let everyone enjoy life and living without being pointed out as strange or weird.
who knows, why don't you ask him? Me personally I'd find it kind of creepy but if he was a nice guy I'd just assume he was just a happy fellow.
He's a happy and contented person. Leave him alone.
maybe he is just a really happy person would u rather him walk aroud sad all the time? idk ask him maybe he got lucky maybe he is dating the person of his dreams there could be a lot of reasons.
i wouldnt think anything of it honestly.
