As a person who has been through depression i understand what you are going through i was always angry and sad did'nt want to do anything but thankfully one of my bestest friends picked me up and show that it is okay to start living again i still have depression just not that bad, maybe your husband does'nt understand you or what it is like and if you just sit him down and tell why you can't cope and explain to him that you need his full support and love and that you will have your days where you don't want to be around he be there for you , also i would recommend that instead of taking your meds try exercising and a good dose of fresh air depression will come and go but it will never go away and if you ever feel like you need to talk i will be there you can e mail me :sallymariecappe@yahoo.com anytime and i hope this is a hurdle you and your hubby can overcome, if i can do it so can you best of luck

you see a therapist or dr

It's difficult when I have to decipher the caps lock... At least you used correct spelling and punctuation.

My advice is this:

Meds are bull. They hurt your body, much like certain drugs. They can permanently scar your mind; just like some drugs.

Your husband, friends, and other family need to be more supportive.

It helps to find someone you can talk to. It can be hard sometimes when you can't find the right person to really talk to. I keep a journal. It helps me to keep sane most of the time to write out what I feel. Write out what you are feeling, what is happening that day and what makes you feel sad. Finding the right medicine helps too. The main thing is work out why you are angry and come to terms with what you can change and what you can't.

ive been through alot and can understand alot of people just let me know waht it is that makes you feel the way you do an i can give ya some coping skills

Try meditation. The best for you I think. I have personal experience. I have posted two articles by an author on this in my blog http://transcendental-meditation-forheal...
Best of luck
