I just put on some trippy tunes and close my eyes. think about what you are grateful for and let my mind drift.

The best way to reduce stress is to keep yourself busy.Never think of the past that gave you worry,Just keep recalling the happy moments that you had.Also the best to meditate is you can go to a place like all you see is green. Fresh flowers around,and a place that is free from noise.In there you can meditate,talk to yourself,talking to yourself is not bad.For that is one way to be open to yourself. Focus , and think of the beautiful things around you....
