Answers: what do you do when you have a really shitty week and really feel down

well mc lovin lol love that movie. i would say go in ur room play ur music and write or go for a long walk go to a party. anything really that would get ur mind off of everything thats happend this week.

write it all down, cry, listen to some music, get some sleep, try as hard as it might seem to focus on good things and see some friends. hope next week is a better one

laughter is the best medicine

For me I play DDR, it relieves stress.
But for you it may be different. Do something you enjoy, take a break, stuff like that...

Write in a journal, listen to music you like, talk to a friend or a relative you trust, think about resilience and how life changes a lot: you won't be in the same place and with the same people forever. You can do a lot of things to chnage your life: from moving, getting a new job, changing schools, dropping out, finishing a relationship that is not working, beginning a new thing in your life, becoming more involved with causes and things that interest you and so on.
1 week of struggle only teaches you how to grow up and go over it.

I usually eat a pint of ice cream, watch a movie that I love, sleep a lot, cry it out as best I can, and then get dressed and go out when I am done with all of that and get on with life.
