How can i get over my phobia?!
Question: I have a phobia of getting blood taken, i'm not scared of needles i don't mind them and i'm not scared of being in pain for a few minutes with injections but when i think of getting blood taken i feel sick and faint, i don't have a problem with blood either ... the real problem is where they take the blood from, that part of your arm and your hands and i wouldn't like it in the feet either .. How can i get over this? I've been gonna get my blood taken before but i freaked out and i hate it cos i know it won't hurt but i just feel as though i'm about to pass out so please help :-]
