Let your therapist know the extent your anxiety is affecting you.
Let him/her know you are having a very hard time coping with the things you are doing each day.
Say that you would like to be evaluated by a psychiatrist to see if medication is an option. Best Wishes

Just tell your therapist what you are feeling (symptoms) and ask what can be done about it...

Explain to your therapist your symptoms, and everything you are feeling etc. A therapist can not prescribe drugs but can connect with your Dr. or a Psychiatrist to help you Good Luck

rather than that i think you should ask her to refer you to a psychiatrist he will give you the best help i know because i have been there. they realy know there job.
