What makes u so excited and/or happy you feel that you could literally explode?!

Little things aswell. knowing ill be able to sleep when i get home in the morning from work is one of the best feelings ever, sometimes i dont even want to put my pjs on lol.

My wife and kids. Today I took my youngest, 11 year old girl, to pick up her first pair of glasses. I was excited because I remember how much better I could see when I got my glasses at the same age.
Concerts and theater.
Just going to a concert makes me so happy. I love all the excitement.
And acting is my passion. Theater is my home, and I have met the greatest people in the world doing it.
not at all sad -- you're lucky to be able to be so positive and excited about something you're going to do. i get happy thinking about going home to my dog, about my job, about my best friend, and even about the difficulties in life -- they're opportunities to learn and grow.
Sounds like bipolar disorder or manic depression. manic=high or up and depression=down. bi=two polar=sides.I take depakote. Avoid lithium.and if you decide to stop taking it, do it slowly.
The one true thing that makes me feel so happy I will explode is experiencing an orgasm- that's the only thing that gets me that excited. Many things make me happy and excited but only the orgasm makes me feel like exploding. Sorry if that is too much information.
