getting the right meds is important..but also being able to talk to some one about how you feel or dont feel is just as important..meds and therapy work vey well together they only have some effect on theit own..but its up to you what you are willing to do..dofferent meds might help and that can take time to find out whwat suits you...same as different therapists will work with you and help you and others you might not feel comfortable with these things take time and i am sure you have time..time enough to feel better good luck!!

hmm maybe u just need to get out more

maybe you arent getting the RIGHT meds

Hi ....me too feeling same .........

It's a common thing people experience in these times. Alot of people don't talk about it though so it's great you have courage to bring it up.

You have to find stuff to make you happy, sometimes it takes awhile but eventually you will find it.

I have a friend on bpd medication and they tell me since they have taken medication they never have any happy or sad moments, it's like they can't feel emotions.

its ur down part of bi-polar. =depression.

i feel the same way sometimes,
like nothing is fun..nothing is interesting...

you just have to find something interesting and go for it..

you just reminded me of " Fight Club". Tyler Durden (brad pitt) makes a small speech along those lines. Our lives are boring in general. go join the military and see the world.

typical sx of a type-A personality

You really need to talk to a mental health professional. I know you said that you don't have anything you need to talk about, but you do. Feeling "blah" all the time isn't normal, and if meds don't work then there are other options, like therapy.
You deserve to be happy.

just go and search for yourself, if u find yourself u will be ok and happy
u r as important as others, u just need to find ur importance.

take some omega 3 (fish oil)
make u feel better

meds prolly the problem... sounds like to me Ur on antidepressants and u feel DEPERSONALIZED

research omega3 6 9 dpa and EPA (epa 360 mg dha 240 mg) check labels 1 a day

i don't know your status or age ... but alot of people lack omega 3 and feel like crap.. some people just deal with it and some get get meds (antidepressants) and none of them know all they ever needed was omega 3 from fish..sad.. and lots of Americans suffer from it.. lol

be careful not to take omega3 with antidepressants.. your serotonin levels with be to the roof! might even cause a state of mania. just be careful.. do your homework..don't be lazy.. try to get off the drugs, cuz there is a big difference in a cure to the problem and treating... drugs treat---omega3 is the cure for depression/healthy heart/ brain health/ eye/ and your heart.. etc.. lots of benefits... and go to church and love and obey god.. good luck friend.. i hope u find happiness

You sound a bit depressed. Something is going on with you and you need to get to the bottom of this. If you are going through this then yes, you do have something to talk about. Maybe you feel that you don't but you do. I think your body is giving you a sign right now that there is something not right going on. You need to see your doctor or get professional help. You say medication doesn
