It's working when you feel pleasure out of everyday / ordinary situations. That is how life is supposed to be when you're not depressed.
when you take them as prescribed exactly. and you start to feel beter and you are able to get to the root of your problems because only then can the healing begin and you are seeing a good psychiatrist. i cant claim to be an expert but this is how i got through my depression.
