If you imagined your friend, you can absolutely imagine her back. Why? It's your mind, you have total control on her. Now, with real friends, of flesh and blood, you don't have total control over. Which makes them more spontaneous, more fun!

There is no such thing as an imaginary friend. You need to get some help. A doctor can put you on some meds that may help you.
