Stress is too much thinking, who agrees to that?!


Question: Definitely. You need to learn how to meditate. Control the mind to silence. Start by sitting for ten minutes and just focusing on one word and then increase the time and focus on a beautiful setting. Sounds Gay? Yes. Does it work, yes. Whatever works. Thinking too much will hurt you. When you feel those thoughts that mean nothing and will do nothing for you just picture them floating around an island that is your brain or just toss it and think of something else. I speak from experience and it helps. What you need to do is find your life's desire and take it one day at a time. Write me if you need personal advise. Good luck.

i agree.......but sometimes my mind just wont stop.....badtimes man....baaaadtimes...

yup I agree! but it hard to control itl.

stress from to much thinking....maybe, but stress from to much thinking is not taking time to answer what you are thinking about . or if you do answer what you are thinking about you travel down roads you dont know the destination and you think all the wrong answers. thinking is productive and you are finding ways to answer whatever you are thinking of you have answered your own question. stop stressing and think.
