I can't scream?!
Question: I used to have a very high pitched scream when I was a little girl...and ever since about age 17-23(now) I can't scream. I try and nothing comes out...
Does anyone know how that could possibly be?
I'm broken! Fix it! >_<

Your vocal cords lengthen and thicken as your body grows, which is why you can't scream anymore. Some women can, some can't. I was never able to. I'm sure there is nothing wrong with your voice box (larynx).
Call your doctor; maybe he can tell you whats happened to your voice. I am just guessing maybe something is up with your voice box.
your screwed if you ever have someone attacking you
An otolaryngologist (ENT) can take a look at your larynx to see if it is okay. If all you want to do is scream, then it might not be worth the trouble. Can you sing a high to low tone okay?
I can do high pitched.. but i can't ever do it loud. I think i'm just not a loud person. people tell me to yell and i just cant yell that loud.
