try to make friendship with mens. I thing from your child hood you might have been close to your mom / sister. you might have not showed interest to play with guys. Dont worry about it you should have confidence on yourself first. Join a gym and it will help you to keep your mind and body fit and you will get chances to meet masculine men and your body language will change.
Join a local amateur dramatics society...seriously, they will teach you the way to "act" masculine...you might even make friends and have fun!

are you straight? if not, come out of the closet alreday and love yourself
you might be gay. if you are, just move to a country where being gay is more accepted.. you'll make friends there. you don't need to be masculine, just be yourself!
