I took it for several years and it really helped me. When I got off of it, I had no withdrawal.
I took it in junior high for less than a year. It really helped me, maybe a little too much. I got all confident and thought I could continue without it. So I discontinued it. I never developed an addiction to it, and I didn't feel depressed after I stopped taking it either, but I was a little less social after I got off it.
it can help with people but you should let people around you aware that yo uare on meds and they are the ones that can tell the difference in your moods
