Mental Health am I going crazy?!
Question: I have stood there looking at the ceiling and my eyes were open and I was in a different world.... someone yelled at me I jumped out of it. Also, sometimes I'll hear myself talk and move and can't control it. It is like I am consciously dreaming but my subconscious is in control. I also see things like grain pouring from a cup and hear the sound of it and it is really loud I can also taste what the grain I am looking at tastes like. I also had a woman threaten to throw a rock at me and I swore at her. All I remember is watching my body talk and move and I was out of control.

You're obviously worried that something might be wrong, I'd only be worried if these things had started to ruin your life. They seem like the adverage joe's hallucinations after taking drugs, or after a lack of sleep.
Are you getting enough sleep? Because sleep can do wonderous things. I have read from other replies already that you are schitzophrenic. If you are worred and it's diagnosed that you are it's nothing to worry about. You have just jumped off the society bus and are operating on a different culture system. I'll give you three sources, and hopefully once you've had alook at those, you'll know that you are by no means alone, and have absoloutely nothing to worry about.
Just don't let anyone tell you that you are mental. You still have the ability to reason, and makes you just as sane as anyone else. In fact many "normal" people can't reason, so you've got one up on them.
I'd like to know a lot more about your visions though. You are gifted if anything.
sound like your having an outer body experience or something we need to know more about your life style?
No one here can make a diagonosis thru a computer without actually meeting you, even if they have a degree in medicine.
My sugguestion would be to get a complete physical, mental and body and take it from there.
