The only one i know of is St Johns Worth, is that it???
not italian but st johns wort is supposed to be good would not be going to persona websites for this. See your local natural remedy store for other possobilities.
SAM-e or St. John's Wort. Either is okay for mild to moderate depression. According to the majority of studies, neither works for severe depression. Also, be very careful if you take them because they have bad interactions. People have DIED from eating cheese while taking St. John's Wort. Also, they don't mix with prescription antidepressants.
Speak to your doctor before taking either of these substances.
