Do you ever feel like you arent really alive?!
Question: Like you can meet someone and their life is so fulfilled its beautiful. Sure they have ups and downs but they are open to both. Whenever I meet someone like that I feel so sad. I know for me I have stuff I need to get over but Im so tired all the time I cant drag myself up and when I try to lay down for a bit the pain hurts so much. I dont mean to sound dramatic but it really just tears me apart on the inside. Ive been in therapy for awhile and it helps some but its so hard for me to trust I just stay closed until something stresses me out and I fall apart. I just want to know Im not alone in feeling like this.

Yes I have felt like that. But I promise you it will get better. Keep going to your therapist, it's really important. Don't put pressure on yourself to feel better, it will happen. Allow yourself to feel these things. Acknowledge that it is an important part of the journey you are on. It won't always be like this. x

I know what you are talking about. I don't know how other people feel so darn happy all of the time. I wish I had what they had.
