Rejection?!
Question: Im 41years old and after 10 years and two children too much stress and he let me down in lots of ways i left now he says he doesnt want to talk or go to couselling i think he likes the single life too much in the meantime im at my parents and feeling really low.....feeling i should be the one with the attitude how can i get angry ......positive advice please x I also have traits of BPD x

This kind of stuff drags everyone down for a while, and you go through a process almost like grief. Anger, guilt, self-doubt are all part of it. Remember that you left him for a reason, and from the sound of it, it was the right decision. It takes a while to recover, and the best thing to do is to try and look at it all as a new beginning - a clean slate to do the things you want.

ask your folks if they can help you financially until you get some issues thought through and have a solution
start divorce proceedings
go back to College and obtain a degree or trade
you can change your unhappiness into contentment /happiness
