Depression affecting my grades!?!?!?!
Question: well and anxiety; i have been diagnosed with both a year ago and it has really messed with my grades in school lately, for a number of reasons. but anyways, i have a big assignment due tomorrow and all of this stuff with depression and anxiety is on my mind and i cant make any progress! any ideas???

try relaxing and not thinking about being depress. listen to music you like and laugh a lot and just do your paper with a group of friends
umm...focus do something you enjoy..get in the mood && get pumped
then jump into your project
