How can a church of any denomination guide and help a person who is showing sign!

By providing emotional and spiritual support, and by providing referrals to appropriate clinicians.

personally i dont think they can
i think all the religion and strict behavior, and extramities actually make any mental illness worse b/c when you are mentally ill you tend to missinterprit things... if you missinterpret religion any more than everyone already does it really could get dangerous.

Psychological counselling, with a sliding scale, based on income, is available through many religious organisations, such as Catholic counselling, the Methodist church, and the Unitarian Universalists. You don't have to be a member.

I do not know about other religions, but I know that Christ SAVES. The Bible says love thy neighbor as thyself. This means that as a Christian one should not judge another as that is God's concern, but help the mentally ill through prayer and any other resources available.
