Answers: How do you cope with sadness in your life??

Humor.

Lots of distraction such as movies, crossword puzzles, etc.

i talk to a family member, close friend, or therapist about whats bother me.

Give yourself time to properly process whatever caused the pain..it won't go away in a few days, whatever the cause..

If you find one person you can really talk to it helps a lot. I tell one of my friends EVERYTHING and it's helped me a lot.

Come to the realization that whatever has happened has happened. If it is a break up, know that it is over. If a loved one has died, know that nobody can be brought back to life. It is hard, but you have to accept things and move on. And yeah, like the others said, distractions are good. I know a guy who went on trips like a fiend. It was very expensive.

By knowing the joy of the Lord is my strength.

By volunteering once a week and being in ministry at church.

Praying helps a lot akknowleging the loss and allowing yourself to grieve then move on.

In this life there is sadness but God provides joy.

Google this and look up the prayer of St Francis also known as make me a channel of your peace. Be encouraged e4g

i go out oustide and get active, running or even just walking, stay away from stress eating or other bad stress habits, and create a place that when you enter it, the things that are making you feel bad cant enter.

If you are experiencing depression and/or psychical pain you need to see a doctor and soon. But there are no magical cures. We have to deal with our depression and pain one day at a time. Some days will be better than others and we must remember the good times to help us get through the bad. If you are not in counseling or seeing a psychiatrist, that should be your first step. They may be able to help you cope with medicine.

Find an adult mentor that you can talk openly to about any and everything that is bothering you. All of us need feed back from some one from time to time. Especially if you are unable to talk to your parents. But they do need to know how severe your situation is so they can get you help. They do not have to understand, just see the need to help you.

Be very selective in your friends. Make sure they are good wholesome people who enjoy life and lots of laughter. Watch a funny movie to temporarily take your mind off of what ever is bothering you. But, most important, get help from a doctor.

with lots of prayer and chocolate

Expressing ones self and being with family. Our family is a beautiful unit.
