What can i do to get active?!


Question: i'm 17. getting bored of school (i'm not a bad student) just finding my classes very dull. my escape is normally going to juarez Mx. to hang out for a couple of hours at least 3 days a week. but for the mean time i am constantly BORD EATING and its starting to show =[ i dont know what i can do to benefit from my time. because i feel as if i'm wasting my life staying home and online. MYSPACE is not the answer!!!! any ideas?...ps i already have a job.

Do fun stuff with your friends....like tennis.... or go 2 the gym. Yoga is a good way to relax and b fit. when you are bored go 4 a jog. Also when i am bored i like 2 clean. Good Luck :))))

u r 17 and bored.. well poop honey I wish I had that problem.. STUDY would be one thing.. maybe VOLUNTEER at a shelter and really see what bored is, GO to class and pay attention, take up a hobby like gardening or cooking, read a book while walking on a treadmill, start a dog walking company, learn how to skateboard, learn how to paint.. you have your whole life a head of you.. GET UP OFF YOUR BUTT and ride a bike is another..

Exercise. Walk. Run or join a health club. You can meet new people and excercise is a natural mood lifter.

Why don't you start excersing. Focus on what your going to do after high school. Why not do something good and volunteer to help others out, plus it will look good when applying for colleges.

Find an activity you enjoy and start once a week to get yourself into it. Once a week isn't that bad then move up to a few times a week.
