Does anyone other than me have this fear?!
Question: I have an abnormal fear of being outside in an open place and when I'm in this situation all I can think about is how big the world is and how there's really no up or down because the people in china are upside down and how we are all just walking on a big sphere and I can't explain it at all but it gives me panic attacks and so does looking up at the sky...etc. I know, I sound like I'm crazy.

So many people include "I sound like I'm crazy" when they post something personal--especially when it's a fear or something mental.
I first experienced this on a school trip. I looked out the bus windows and the ground was covered with snow. It was all I could see for miles all around us (we have no trees here and this particular area had no mountains or hills). This is a form of agoraphobia (what I used to have--it seems to be lumped together with social anxiety disorder these days though--I was afraid of outside).
It sounds like you have agoraphobia.
Let your physician know what is happening with you. You may need an antianxiety drug.
its spacial agoraphobia. google it for more info. but rest assured your not alone, its common with agoraphobia of any kind
I know the feeling. it makes you feel so small, and well, upside down. it doesn't give me panic attacks, it actually gives me a weird feeling that i kind of like.
feeling so tiny and insignificant is like... mind boggling. I dunno.
