Random, spaced out feeling?!

Question: Throughout the day, I'll get what can only be described as 'spaced out feelings'. All of a sudden the dimensions of things will strike me as odd. My feel will feel miles away from my head, and I feel like I'm towering over things. You could almost say 'head in the clouds'. During these times I also feel very disassociated from my body and relatively emotionless.

These experiences come and go randomly, like for example playing guitar hero or a video game. I am not currently on drugs and have not experienced any traumatic events.

What is this and whats causing it?

I used to get this VERY OFTEN. It was a very scary feeling for me, it feels like i could just sit there and people would talk to me and it would feel like i was in a dream or something.

Do you have sleeping problems? If you do then contact a doctor quickly and he will probably reccomend Meletonin or another sleeping drug. They are completely harmless short-term.
If not Im sorry but im not sure why else.

Good luck. Hope you feel better :)

it could be due to hormonal changes depending on your age. anyway, you need to see a doctor.

Hope all works out for the best. I recently started getting anxiety attacks & one landed be in the hospital for 5 hrs. I was spaced out & delusional with very high blood pressure.

Please see a DOC !
