Answers: I'm sick of the fact that anyone can get under my skin and hurt my feelings...

This became unbearable for me. I take a half mg. of risperdal lin the morning now and it helps a lot. When people hurt me..it doesn't hurt so bad. I think it has something to do with your nerves..to what degree it hurts you. Also, you might need to take some anger management classes to help you know what to do to avoid having a bad reaction to people hurting you. I don't know where you go for them. They should be teaching this in the schools now.
Edit...Also...whenever they say bad , hurtful things to you...say to yourself.."Just because somebody says something ...doesn't mean it's true.". That brought me out of a deep depression one time...just reading those words. It felt like a miracle! lol

talk to a therpiast

Me to!!! I have to make statments to myself like"Its not me, its them" "I am better then them, because I wouldn't be so mean" "I feel sorry for them, and the people who have to put up with it..I don't" "they must be having a really bad day to be so rude"

Trust in God more.
seriously, so am i.
i have the EXACT same problem
and when i tried pouring everything out on my blog,
someone actually came along and said "Nadia, i HATE YOU. why are you being so EMO?!" and lots of other mean stuff.
SERIOUSLY!
people like to kick you when you're down.
you have to admit that.
don't worry, you're not alone in your pain.

get involved in lots of things so the little things won't eat you alive. also volunteer, it's easy t get wrapped up when your world is it but seeing others less fortunate really make you appreciate what you have.

There is a book I read 2 years ago its called dont sweat the small stuff I cant remember who wrote it as I lant it to someone and never got it back try to get it from your local bookshop

whatever the situation may be: ACCEPT THINGS AS THEY ARE; CHANGE WHAT YOU CAN; ACCEPT WHAT YOU CANNOT. AND WHEN YOU ACCEPT THINGS, YOULL REALIZE ITS PROBABLY NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL ANYWAY.

if you mean about you or your appearance, everyone is flawed in some way. for example someone tells you your fat. even if you are or arent if you feel you need to change, its something you can work on now that youre aware of it. most people that criticize arent even aware of their own flaws or maybe they are so insecure they probably try to see them in you. keep in mind most things that you are told are probably not fully true, if even.
