Has anyone felt alone even though...?!

Question: you're not. I feel so alone and I know that I pretty much am but is there anything I can do to help get out of this rut? It's taking over and I'm starting to feel really bad. My bf/ex bf thing is suffering because I can't get out of it. Please if you have ever dealt with this let me know what helped. I am sooo open.

Ok here's the deal...the first thing you should do is try to identify SPECIFICALLY who or what's causing you to feel alone.

After this the rest should just be common sense. Stay away from the bad, seek the good. Meet people who share your interests. Have good, clean fun! Think of the LONG TERM.

Let go of things you don't have control of! (In some cases this may refer to people. Don't try to change their minds or fix their lives for them.)

Learn/Relearn how to have fun. Smile to people. Be indiscriminately happy to everyone you meet.

Yeah yeah sounds stupid I know, and you're not in the mood for it, but trust me please, releasing good vibes is one of the best ways to get it back!

Things tend to handle themselves pretty well just as long as YOU don't try to mess yourself up. Hakuna Matata!

life is always that way maybe you just need to move on and stop staying in what you feel secure with

all the time. I don't know how to help you with the bf thing though

Sometimes when bad things happen and they make you really sad you need a lot of time to get over it. You should try to see the bright side of things. I know it's hard but if you continue to make yourself suffer over something you might turn your suffering into something serious like clinical depression.

i feel so alone right now as well. Everybody's life is different. You've just got to learn how to handle yours. Maybe find someone who you reach out to and talk through your problems. It helped me!
Good Luck!
