Is this rock bottom?!

Question: I owe some much money. I love my wife and sons so very much. My health gets worse and everyday i pray for help. I have never felt so bad in all my life. The only time I feel human is when I am home. So many difficult things are at issue and i have no more answers. A grown man feeling worthless...I'm a mess. No I do not drink...perhaps I should

The popular answer is to see a mental health professional.
Aside from that, have you spoken with your wife about your condition? If the root cause of your problem is financially driven, you shouldn't have to bear that burden alone.
It wouldn't hurt to see a financial specialist either. They'll be able to structure your income to begin putting a dent in your debt. Bankruptcy is also something to consider, depending on the severity of your situation.
It's time to face your problems head-on. Be proactive and find a solution.
I know it's tough, Brother, you're not alone. Keep a good thought, say a prayer or three and things will work out in the end.
They always do.
Best of luck.

Now that you've provided a list, you've got to prioritize which problems require immediate attention.
In my opinion, it is imperative you take care of the gambling issue ASAP. It's likely that has contributed to your financial situation. There are support groups similar to AA that can offer help.
Address the IRS problem next. Write them a letter and ask to be put on a payment plan, but make sure what your propose is realistic.
Son's tuition: are there grants available or financial assistance? Have your son check with the administration office.
Car problem: everyone has a family member or friend that repairs vehicles. Figure out who that person is and ask for their help. Give them a hand with the grunt work and that should lighten the bill.
As I mentioned yesterday, get with a mental health professional. Even if it's only for two or three visits they'll help you sort through this mess.
Things look bad because your looking at everything at once.
Take these problems one day at a time and one problem at a time. No one man could overcome all of this alone and in one day. Make a little progress and you'll start feeling better about yourself.
Finally, when all else fails turn to God for guidance. He has the answer and will guide you through this tough time.
God bless.

Keep praying God put Jesus though the worst test and that was His own Son.

Talk to a debt management company. They will help you find a way to pay off your debts. You could try the Citizens advice and they will put you in touch with people who can help. If you are suffering from depression you should go to your GP who will give advice and perhaps medication. You should not turn to drink as this will only make things worse. Confide in someone and share your problems. There are ways out of the mess you are in. You just need to get the proper advice.

I'm very sorry for your troubles. I hit rock bottom a couple of years ago. I think "rock bottom" is different for everyone. There are ways out of your mess. You have to figure out the things you CAN change and the things you cannot then tackle the things you CAN change. You need to get a plan. And if you need help lean on the people who love you whether that be parents, siblings, friends, coworkers.
The funny thing is....99% of people "get it" even when you think they won't. Most everybody has been there at some point or another. And those who haven't will be. Trust me.
Good Luck.

im so sorry your life a mess but very fixable . first work on your health the other issues are superficial. your family needs you so stay strong and the rest will fall in place. it would not help to get therapy.............. best wishes
