Go to another psychiatrist if you are not comfortable with this one. I know that, sometimes, doctors could jump to conclusions but you seem to be in a really bad position.

Tell your doctor how you feel. Did you have any side effects from Effexor? Usually, the first drug a psychiatrist gives is not the best. Do you have mood swings? Do you have obsessive thoughts? Is there any instance of mood or anxiety disorders in your family? Were there any events that could have triggered your nerves? These are all things that you should talk to your doctor about.

Sometimes side effects can rule out diagnoses. Talk to your doctor about them. DO NOT GIVE UP!

Get help. Believe that you will be better. All things pass with time.

Also, please plan on going back to school once you are well enough to; a future is a horrible thing to waste.

PS. Consider getting a therapist if you have the insurance to cover one. They can help.

ur pregnant

you need a anti anxiety such as Xanax.

do something random, something crazy but not dangerous. the point is just try giving yourself a rush of adrenaline. i really don't want you to give up all together

remember: "where theres a will there's a way"

I used to feel the same way, still do sometimes. Research it, become alright with it. The more you accept it, and not be scared of it, the less itll happen.

i have the same problem
except my days are pretty much shot when it happens
good luck to the both of us eh?
