Why do people dislike all things that are "weird"?!
Question: I've always been told by people my age that i'm "really weird" so by definition theyre stating that I'm different, act unusual, basically not "normal".
Thisould I want people to dislike me for being different? )
A student thought Iw as so weird, that I was acting on purpose for attention(basically have everyone hate me by dressing "oddly" 70s if you ask.) Funny why would anyone want people to hate them? (dumbest argument i've ever heard)
this girl gave me a dirty look and i told a friend deedee, and my friend deedee said,"her boyfriend just probably told her that you're weird"
-(her boyfriend actually told me he had told all his friends "spread the word" as he described, on how deedee was weird.)
Why is it bad to be weird, do people assume they know the definition of what normal is? I think theres reasons to why someone's behaviour is odd or "abnormal", like insecurity, low-eqs that result in severe lack of proper social skills, medication etc.

if your weird your "not normal"
then your intresting
your life isnt boring
you are truely something special.

if people call you weird they are jealous cause they cant do they same.
you have your own voice and your own opinions.
be happy to just be you and never fade into the "main stream"
weird things/people aren't bad lol, they just tend to make others uncomfortable, and when people are uncomfortable they are mean :P
there is no definition for weird because it is a matter of opinion

theyre not. Some peopel dont like things that arent what everyone else does. IF you dont act normally often times theyll think your doing it for attention. Ive gotten that before. People called me an 'attention beggar' but when people call me weird i dont take it as an insult, i smile and laugh, and they probly think im more weird. But in my school lots of people do weird things and no one cares. They'll sometimes say ;your weird' but it doesnt matter. Im guessing its not the same in your school.
When peopel are being serious and say your weird sometimes its good to point out either of these
'so what, should i copy what everyone else does?'

what i do to people i say 'no YOUR WEIRD. im normal. :D
but in my school its different, so i dont know..
just remember who you are and dont let society change you :D
Its common for people to fear wut they dont understand. Its been that way scence the begining of mankind.And that fear often manifest itself as hatred or anger. And some people are weird because thats the way they r. Im a self proclaimed weirdo and love it wudnt want to b like any 1 else.
Dress the way you want ,she's not your friend. I think she's jealous. Frankly I don't think it's any of her business.
