Please answer I could really use some help?!

I hope you can get off the meds. They are probably interfering with your body clock.
Go to bed at the same time every night. Try to get 8 hrs. So if you have to be up at 6, get in bed by 10pm.
Once you are in bed, turn off everything. Start with your toes and work your way up to your brain. Push all stressors out your fingertips.
At the same time, breathe regularly. Pretend you are trying to get the baby to sleep and that only your regular breathing will relax him. Don't let any thoughts interfere with your regular breathing pattern.
