Answers: What happens during these things?

when u r confused about what is going on in your life you dont understand why certain things are happening to you and not others. it is very common to have a breakdown in your life many poeple have them. you just have to be strong and if you need to talk to someone dont hold back they might be able to understand..

Mental breakdown (also known as nervous breakdown) is a non-medical term used to describe a sudden, acute attack of mental illness such as depression or anxiety. When used in common social discourse, the term often has pejorative connotations.

Specific cases are usually described as a "breakdown" only after a person becomes unable to function in day-to-day life due to mental illness.[1] At that point the person's condition is advanced, and seeking professional aid is likely advisable.

Like the term "sanity," the terms "nervous breakdown" and "mental breakdown" have no medical definition and are not used in a clinical sense. However, the medical or personal problems precipitating a sudden breakdown may well benefit from professional medical or psychological treatment.

A mental breakdown is not the same as a panic attack, though mental breakdowns can trigger panic.

not an expert but...when i had mental/emotional breakdowns in the past it's usually from all the stress and anxiety building up inside me until the point i can't keep it in longer....anyways, during my breakdowns i would usually get really mad and start crying and having these yelling crazy fits. I one time veen ran outside and screamed at the top of ym lungs when my dad was treating me like ****. But yeah it feels extremely good afterwards but it's not healthy to do this frequently so stay stress free and don't become like a crybaby like me! lol

It is when you have reached a breaking point and it all comes out........hurt,madness,etc. Today has been one of those days for me. I hope you feel better soon!!

It's that exact moment when you figure out that you're not paranoid, the entire world is out to get you.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to re-load my gun and peek out the front window to see if the trees have moved again on me while I wasn't watching. Also I've noticed that cat taking notes and speaking into his paw, kind of like a walkie-talkie. Now I think about it, the pizza delivery guy did look like an FBI agent, and I know for sure the news anchor on the TV was watching me walk around the room.

Now what was your original question?

T

A mental/nervous/emotional breakdown is a non medical term for when someone 'looses it'. It can be very quick (over a period of minutes) or be a slow downward spiral over years. Examples: Someone throwing a temper tantrum over something trivial and something that would not normally bug them that much, a person who is usually very into planning and dependability taking off to Tahiti (or somewhere they see as an escape) without telling anyone or making arrangements to take care of pets, kids, plants, etc, someone who is normally very clean and organized no longer paying attention to personal hygiene or paying bills, and instead taking up an obsession with Sharpie markers. Like the term 'crazy', what exactly a breakdown is is very much up to interpretation.
