depends what its about, f its something un-major for instance, who you "have a crush" on, then its best not to tell anyone :] learnt that the hard way.

but if its something serious then doctors, psychiatrists, and teachers and school counceillers are all good choices.

but it depends on what yo mean thrown back in your face. so they tell people? or do they just laugh. ?

well either way, those list of people are great options, and if your friends arent helping, then maybr its time to move around the social circles a bit !

good luck :]

it is unfair to reveal this publicaly ok

If you are having a serious crisis or contemplating suicide or hurting yourself, there are many places to turn.
Completely anonymous and free lines are widely available including:

and
1800suicide

Both of those places are there 24 hours a day to talk about ANYTHING. if youre having any sort of problem, guy/gal issues, homework stress, loss of a loved one, suicidal thoughts, no matter how big or small, you can call.

if youre just looking to vent, but dont need anyone on the other side, check out http://postsecret.blogspot.com/

its a spot where people anonymously confess their deepest secrets. You can read others and report your own. It can be really funny, sad, or helpful.

Sometimes, it's just helpful to make a friend that is outside of your normal group of friends. Someone you could confide in, but wouldn't know any other people to spill your secrets to. You could be that person for them as well :)

I'm friends with a couple of psychologists that I'm not so sure who is counseling who.

Keeping a journal works well.

Look for a friend that doesn't gossip.

Only talk about what you don't care if everyone knows.

Yahoo answers....no one knows you and you get for the most part, good advice.

If it's serious then talk with a psychologists. Don't waste precious years suffering.

People will throw things up in you face to feel powerful.....or they can be jealous of you and wish you ill feelings.
