Is there any medicine or hormonal injection to make a person fat??!
Question: I was a very sensitive boy and also very thin .The first day when I was bullied,I ignored my problem thinking that if I tell my parents,the most they can do is make me eat.Then at the age of six,I was sent to a boarding school where it continued.Now,I wanted to tell my parents I could not when I got back home.This was due to a strong guilt feeling that if I tell anybody my problem the person will think that I am a coward.As a result of this I lost my entire childhood.There came a stage when I stopped going outside the class because of fear.Now I have solved my problem of health and physique but I am still regretting the decision of not telling my parents on the first day.I do not want anybody facing the same problem . PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION .IS THERE ANY MEDICINE TO MAKE A PERSON FAT???I DO NOT WANT STUPID ANSWERS (WHY AM I WORRYING ABOUT IT WHEN THE PROBLEM IS NOW SOLVED or WHY AM I THINKING THAT SOMEBODY ELSE WILL FACE THE SAME PROBLEM.THE LAST TIME I ASKED I WAS NOT SATISFIED

You are asking if there is a medicine to make children be able to gain weight, is that what you mean? I experienced the same as you did, I am now a 36 year old woman, but as a child at age 9 I was over 5 feet tall and 40 pounds, as a teenager at age 14 I was 5'8" tall and 75 pounds. In college, about 100 pounds. Now I am 115 pounds and a mother of four children ages 6, 4, 2, and 11 months. I gained 45 pounds each pregnancy and lost it right away within 3 months without trying. I experienced the same horrible bullying that you did. My whole family is very thin, but I had hyperthroidism also, and was on medication (propylthiouracil) for 6 years from age 14-20, then I took myself off of it since it did not help and my doctor kept upping my dosages to over 40 pills a day. It was supposed to slow down my thyroid but did not work. I never told my parents anything either, and they both died 12 years ago. Now I am actually on Synthroid since my thyroid hormones are now high (which actually means too slow) but I am still thin. It has effected my whole life (the teasing) since I was shy to begin with, now I am extremely self conscious, and people constantly tell me hat they wish they were like me-so thin-but I am not happy either! I have like no muscle at all since I did not have any growing up, but am working on it now. Best wishes to you, you are not alone! You can e-mail me if you want to. My 4 year old daughter is 38 pounds and 49 inches tall, she is following the same route I did! I would NEVER have her given any medication or injections just to make her gain weight however, but would treat any underlying problem as needed, and give her a lot of moral support.
I realize you must not be American, since I would never send my children away to school at the age of 6!! You were still a young child then and needed your parents. That is too young to be alone without your family, I could not imagine it, not before the age of 14 or so.
