Did you have any caffeine tonight, or this afternoon? Did you have a nap sometime today? Did you sleep late this morning? If you answered "yes" to any one of those questions you know who is keeping you awake.

You might also be anxious (have anxiety) about something. You could be worried about school, classmates, money,. your kids, brothers sisters, father, mother etc...

I suggest you get more exercise, eat healthier, go to bed and awaken at the same time every day. Do not nap or drink 3: 00. I also suggest that you abstain from caffeinated beverages after 3:00.

Exercise will cut down on your stress and you should sleep better.

I dunno but it must be contagious

Caffein? alot on your mind? Or just plain old not tired..... it happens.... If youre still awake in a week call the doctor lol

Try getting some melatonin. Its a herbal/health supplement that will help you sleep... You can get it from anywhere that sells vitamins.

nothin..........just take some good meal like BANANA......and sleep......

insomnia, i cant sleep because im too scared too because i have bad dreams, i wish i could sleep
