I got a big question here about anxiety PLEASE ANSWER?!


Question: k well i do know i have a minor anxity problem... and it just started again tonight and... i was looking at myself in the meer of my bathroom and i kept looking at my pupels and when i thought of scary bad things or w.e they got BIG is this normal or...? the room was well lit as well.. and another question am i suppose to feel this really weird feeling going throughout my body... it all started with this little tingling in my head tonight and i just got really worried and it hit me please SOME ONE ANSWER!!!!

ur ok i used to have really bad anxiety but i realized its all in my head, a healthy person wont die suddenly ppl just dont drop dead or go crazy out of the blue . and what Ur feeling is a normal reaction to what ur thinking ur scared and ur body is acting upon what ur thinking , the tingling the numbness the agitation bad thoughts hard swallowing is all anxiety snap Ur self out of it remind ur self that ur strong and healthy . andi suggest that u start exercising surround urself with friends and family and fill ur time with rewarding activities . teach ur self to think positive .

I went through the same thing in my early 20's. Tingly all throughout body starts small but becomes overwhelming. Think you're going crazy or worse, that you're going to die. The truth is though you are not. I got through it by just relaxing, and rationalizing as these attacks were happening just repeating to myself, "This is only a panic attack, I am not in any danger" Through relaxation, physical excercise, improving my sleeping habits & a general attitude adjustment, I have now been panic attack free for over 4 years. Good luck to you. Google panic attacks & how to deal with them, there are some good tips out there for coping. Just don't go to a shrink, they will just try to make you a drug addict, & that is not the way to go. hope this helps.
