The worst in terms of experiencing symptoms or the worst in terms of effect on society? In terms of experiencing symptoms, I'd say Avoidant Personality Disorder because, unlike Borderline, Avoidants are not able to blame others for the way they are. In terms of effect on society, obviously it's Anti-social Personality Disorder. Murderers, thieves and criminals of all types are known to have anti-social personalities.

Most people with antisocial PD end up in jail.. So that probably trumps borderline, although I know that's no cakewalk.

Any kind of depression is bad but I would say anything that affects other people is the worst. The type that serial killers and sadists have is the worst.
However, for the person suffering, I don't think it is a good idea to start differentiating, because they are the ones who live with it so it's all bad.
full blown paranoid schizophrenia is the worst, in my opinion. a serious downward spiral. Similarly PTSD can get pretty bad.

Narcissistic personality disorder = Behavior or a fantasy of grandiosity, a lack of empathy, a need to be admired by others, an inability to see the viewpoints of others, and hypersensitive to the opinions of others.
i'd say it's whatever you were full blown.
chronic depression to me is the worse because it does more internal damage than one realizes
the worst personality disorder is probably someone without no personality....someone who thinks....is this it? is this all weve got! im no proffessor but it would probably be someone with extreme schizophrenia.
where schizophreniacs can complain about anything from other worlds to some tiny detail like how to put their pants on properly.

....OC - perfectionist, organized
....Paranoid - distrustful, always suspicious
....Passive aggressive - always say "yes" but resistance is hidden
This are the diffrent type of personality, the worst is the one that is not being controlled through medication, and not been recognized.
Those that are not under treatment are the one that is worst because they can harm their self or other people.
Sociopaths or psychopaths-there's very little difference between them.
