well with anxiety attacks, you feel pressured. like the world is collapsing around you, you get light headed dizzy confused angry and what not. Also there are panic attacks which are commonly confused with anxiety attacks.

during a panic attack you feel like your going to die, you are 100% fine and healthy yet your mind thinks that your dieing and trys to take action about it.

For both of these the best thing to know is that no one in history has every died of a panic or anxiety attack. And that your going to be fine, also a way to help out with these when they occur. Is to stop close your eyes and breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Not deep breathes! normal breathing, just slow your heart down and stay calm.

That depends on the severety of them. Mine often feel like I am going to pass out, or that some one is after me and that I am unsafe. I tend to shake and get dizzy. Sometimes I hypoventelate. iT just depends on how bad it is. Just take deep slow breaths and lay down or sit down for a few minutes. SOmeimes counting backwards helps too. Like from 100. depending on how mad or scared you are you may want to go higher or lower lol! Hope this helps.

It's different for everyone. My husband feels like he can't breathe and is having a heart attack. I tend to get super cranky (think pms on steroids) and pick fights about dumb things. It almost feels like the world is falling apart and you're completely at its mercy, and you're trying to fight it. If you're having one, just remember that you ARE NOT dying, and try to think of happy thoughts. Sounds cliche, but if you practice they don't hit you as often.

the best way I can describe it is going in a million different directions at the same time and you are not going anywhere, a real feeling of urgency for no emergency

a few things are like.
the jitters, nervous sweats. racing thoughts, worries about frivolous things. anxious all the times drastic moods levels up and sleepless mights, or restless sleep if any, as well as lack of apeptite, or changes in weight.

Some attacks occur only a few times and some are constant/ often and require medication to help them.
