Why do I emasculate men?!

Question: Especially weak men.. I don't know why I do.. can you give me some insight. Why would a woman need to constantly emasculate men? What insecurity could I have... if it's usually due to insecurities..

You must be looking for a man to try to dominate you or something like that

How do you know you do this?

what is emasculate?

Maybe you really aren't emasculating men but are just being accused of doing so. It happens a lot to strong women who aren't willing to become meek and submissive around men, who speak their opinions and don't kowtow to everything a man says, etc. In other words, a woman who won't "stay in her place." Which isn't really emasculating men; it's just a bunch of men feeling inferior and having to call names. However, if you indeed start jumping on men about their inadequacies and shortcomings, etc., you are emasculating men (after all, they are just men). If you're doing that, just realize it and next time you want to say something denigrating to a man, just shut up and smile--you can think it all you want, you don't always need to express it.

Maybe you enjoy the challenge of it.
Maybe you have Daddy issues.
Maybe you've been abused.
Maybe it's just a breakable habit.
Who really knows.
At the very least, you've identified the issue. If it is a problem that needs to be acknowledged and addressed, then go to the next step.

You do it because you choose to, you're not being forced to act a certain way. You are in control of your behavior and you are responsible for it.
